We are looking for a creative SMM Manager to help us share stories about relocation, business setup, and banking opportunities in different countries. We need more than just a social media specialist - we need someone who understands the immigration space and knows how to turn complex processes into clear and inspiring narratives.

- Develop and implement a content strategy for the company's social media channels (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create content based on real client cases, market news, and internal expert insights.
- Produce posts, Stories, Reels, and short videos featuring our experts.

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters (or handle some content creation independently).
- 2+ years of experience in SMM.
- Experience in immigration, international real estate, international law, or B2B consulting is a plus.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools and AI-powered tools.
- Understanding of different social media platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (Russian - native, English is a plus).

We are looking for a mobile app developer ready to build products for users across different countries. It's important that you understand UI/UX specifics for international audiences and know how to work with multicultural requirements.

- Develop and maintain the company's mobile applications (iOS and Android) from scratch or enhance existing ones.
- Integrate apps with internal CRM systems, payment services, and external APIs.
- Ensure high performance, data security (handling clients' personal data), and fault tolerance.
- Participate in architecture design and technology selection.
- Test and adapt applications for different markets (localization, regional specifics).
- 3+ years of development experience.
- Experience with international markets and understanding of app localization fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of REST API principles, multithreading, and database management.
- Experience publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play.
- English - Intermediate or higher (for communication with international colleagues and documentation).

- Collect and cluster keywords, optimize meta tags, site structure, internal linking, and content.

- Use AI tools to generate briefs, content ideas, analyze data, and speed up routine tasks.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with international projects (multilingual websites).
- Proficiency with key SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Understanding of technical SEO aspects (Core Web Vitals, schema markup, mobile optimization).
- Willingness and ability to integrate AI into daily workflows.
- English - B2 or higher (for working with international sources, documentation, and global markets).
- Basic understanding of immigration and finance topics is a plus.
