TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Subject and Scope of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute the contractual agreement between IST Hungary Kft. («IST Hungary Kft.») (operated by IST Hungary Kft. and the client (the "Client") and apply to all legal relationships between them concerning the provision of consulting and business-related services. The Client is deemed to have accepted the T&C when placing an order with IST Hungary Kft. Any deviations from the T&C require mutual agreement and must be confirmed in writing by IST Hungary Kft. to be legally binding.
Offers, Contract Conclusion, and Service Fee
The IST Hungary Kft. offer is valid in writing (mail or email) for one month from the offer date, unless a specific validity date is set. A contract is established when the Client verbally or in writing accepts an offer or when IST Hungary Kft. sends a written confirmation of a granted assignment. Orders exceeding 200,000 HUF require a separate written service agreement. The service fee is specified in the IST Hungary Kft. offer.
Modification and Cancellation of Orders
Changes or additions to an assignment post-contract may result in additional fees and/or altered delivery deadlines.
Execution of Orders, Delivery, and Deadline
IST Hungary Kft. commits to executing the Client's order competently and professionally. Delivery deadlines, if crucial, must be expressly confirmed in writing by IST Hungary Kft. The Client must facilitate timely delivery by providing necessary materials promptly. Delays caused by the Client may extend the delivery deadline.
Confidentiality
IST Hungary Kft. maintains strict confidentiality for all Client-provided information. The Client consents to being referenced in immigrationlive.hu marketing materials. The confidentiality obligation persists after the business relationship or contractual agreement ends.
Quality Complaints and Warranty Claims
Quality complaints must be filed within 3 days of material receipt. The Client is liable for delayed complaints. Complaints or warranty claims, supported by evidence, must be in writing. The Client remains obligated to pay unless a valid complaint or claim is accepted.
Indemnification
IST Hungary Kft. is not liable for damages resulting from the Client's actions or inaction, including loss of profit. immigrationlive.hu does not assume responsibility for other damages, such as consequential losses.
Payment
The Client agrees to pay the service fee via bank transfer, credit card, or cash in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may incur additional interest. IST Hungary Kft. can suspend ongoing assignments for delayed payments.
Copyright
The copyright for documents produced by IST Hungary Kft. remains with IST Hungary Kft. unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment transfers the copyright to the Client. The Client indemnifies IST Hungary Kft. against third-party claims regarding property, patent, copyright, or intellectual property rights.

Applicable Law
